The Meridyan is a visionary global retreat brand blending spiritual wellness, nature immersion, and transformative experiences. Our retreats combine sacred plant medicine, ancient healing practices, and modern connection to create unforgettable growth, healing, and community journeys.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help spread the word, build partnerships, and fill our retreats and events. You’ll be part storyteller, part connector, part promoter — both online and in-person.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Promote The Meridyan retreats and events through social media, online platforms, and community outreach.
• Help design and create flyers, posts, and promotional materials (Canva or similar – training provided).
• Create and manage online event listings (Eventbrite, social media events, etc.).
• Build relationships with local partners, wellness practitioners, and referral sources.
• Engage with online communities to grow our audience and brand presence.
• Occasionally travel to events, retreats, and partner meetings in Oregon and beyond (travel covered when required).
