About the opportunity:
SWCA seeks an experienced Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing and Pursuit Resources team to support our Southeast sub-region (Offices include Pensacola, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Raleigh-Durham, and Charlotte). The Marketing and Pursuit Resources team provides our local operations teams with marketing, business development, and pursuit/proposal support. As the Southeast Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading pursuit development and supporting business development activities to sell our services to our clients across multiple industries. Our ideal candidate will thrive in an environment with tight deadlines and changing needs while ensuring a best-in-class product.
This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position. This position provides the flexibility of working remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or in-office. However, it is a requirement that the candidate work in the eastern time zone and possesses the ability to travel to offices for occasional on-site collaboration. Preference will be given to qualified candidates in Florida. This position requires occasional overtime, including working evenings and/or weekends as necessary to fulfill position responsibilities.
