Description
Brand Management: Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company's market presence. Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials align with these standards. Monitor market trends and analyze competitors' branding strategies. Plan the social calendar for each social platform and execute it on a routine basis. Represent Braxtone Group professionally at public, industry and networking events to enhance brand visibility and relationships. Develop, implement and continuously refine comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to enhance Braxtone Group’s market positioning and visibility. Design Oversight: Supervise the design team, providing direction and feedback on various projects. Collaborate with external agencies for specialized design needs. Ensure all design outputs are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity. Develop and create internal and external marketing materials and collaterals (business needs for new documents, event leaflets, non-standard proposals/presentations, etc.). Public Relations Management: Manage all PR activities, including press releases, public announcements, and media relations. “Plan, organize, coordinate and attend corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, launches and PR Activities” Coordinate with Braxtone's different business divisions to ensure PR strategies complement marketing initiatives. Handle crisis communication and reputation management. Government Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all interactions with government entities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in marketing practices. Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and agencies.
