JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist that is proficient in marketing and social media strategies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of social media accounts. This role requires proficiency in various office software social media apps and strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous office experience is required; experience in a medical spa is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in administrating social media accounts.

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage business social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and knowledge of Mail Chimp.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
• Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support medical spa operations by managing appointment scheduling and client records (if applicable).
