About the role We are currently looking for a team player to join our New Zealand team. The role will support our sales and branch operations, providing day to day coordination and administration of activities as well as supporting the coordination of marketing and events. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent process, administrative and co-ordination expertise, liaising comfortable with internal and external stakeholders. To be qualified for this position, your background and skills will demonstrate the ability to undertake the following: Marketing Support the planning, promotion and delivery of online and in-person events . Support the maintenance of social media platforms and calendar. Manage the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Assist the team in developing procedures and processes where necessary, identifying improvements within our systems. Desire to learn and understand products and service information on the KM / Brother product range. Support the design and implementation of online advertising and marketing activity (banners, eDMs, newsletters) utilising multiple platforms and software. Supporting the updating and management of CRM database. Sales and Branch Operations Provide marketing support to Sales team through creation of marketing assets, including collating and proof-reading proposals, creation of PowerPoint presentations. Attend Sales related events in a support role, providing customer service, product knowledge and lead capturing. Responding to incoming leads and FAQ’s . Provide administration support to the team to assist in operations. For example: supporting customer roll-outs, installation processing and communications. Essential requirements for this role: Previous experience within a similar role where you have supported multiple teams. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust. Sense of urgency and high agility, ability to prioritise and react quickly to ensure great client satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. Organised and administrative, with a love of process. Excellent Microsoft Office Software skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience using InDesign, Illustrator. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and autonomously. What can KM offer you?
