Description

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing and Sales Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as broader digital marketing and eCommerce analytics. The successful candidate will collect, analyse, and interpret data to drive data-informed decisions that boost customer engagement, optimise marketing campaigns, and increase sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales analytics, or digital performance analysis.
· Coding competencies in SAS and/or SQL.
· Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
· Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar data visualization tools.
· Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and UX.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Collection & Management
    · Gather data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).
    · Clean, validate, and structure data to ensure accuracy and usability.
    · Build and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and visualization of key marketing and sales metrics.
  2. Marketing Performance Analysis
    · Analyse performance of social media campaigns (especially on Facebook and Instagram) and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
    · Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversion rates to assess ROI.
    · Identify trends and patterns across social media, email marketing, Search Engin Optimisation (SEO), and other performance marketing channels.
  3. Customer Behaviour & Sales Insights
    · Track and analyse customer journeys, cart abandonment rates, and sales funnels.
    · Segment audiences based on demographics, interests, and purchasing behaviour to support personalised marketing strategies.
    · Recommend improvements to the eCommerce checkout process and recovery strategies for abandoned carts.
  4. Website Traffic & SEO Analytics
    · Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to track website performance and traffic sources.
    · Identify high-performing content and areas of improvement in organic search.
    · Provide insights on keyword performance, organic reach, and content strategies.
  5. A/B Testing & Experimentation
    · Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, SMS’s and email campaigns.
    · Evaluate results of promotional offers, discounts, and User Experience/User interface (UX/UI) changes to determine their impact.
    · Optimise campaigns and user experience based on testing insights.
  6. Predictive Analytics & Forecasting
    · Use historical and real-time data to forecast sales trends, customer behaviour, and marketing campaign outcomes.
    · Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, seasonal campaign planning (e.g. Black Friday), and lead generation.
    · Support the development of long-term digital marketing and sales strategies using predictive models.
