Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Marketing/Sales Assistant who doesn’t just follow trends but creates them—someone who is passionate about marketing, fashion, and creative problem-solving. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing out-of-the-box marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and supporting our sales strategies. Your creativity and proactive mindset will help elevate our brand, amplify sales, and uncover new growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative Marketing Campaigns: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads. Help develop innovative ways to increase brand awareness, expand our reach, and drive conversions.
  • Sales Growth & Opportunity: Support the sales team by identifying and helping to seize new sales opportunities, tracking performance, and creating promotional strategies. You’ll be key in helping us grow and amplify our sales across multiple channels. Support sales initiatives by identifying leads, managing CRM tools, and assisting in outreach efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies. Bring fresh ideas and insights to the table—whether through social listening or competitive research—to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule and execute social media content, ensuring brand consistency. Create and post compelling content, manage community engagement, and build campaigns that capture the essence of our unique brand.
  • Track Metrics: Track marketing analytics and sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in customer engagement through community management and responding to inquiries. Build relationships with our loyal customers, handle feedback, and ensure we are always aligned with their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing and executing marketing events, product launches, and collaborations that elevate the brand and drive customer excitement.
