We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and direct sales efforts. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong communication skills who is equally comfortable with client outreach and logistics. You will play a key role in growing brand visibility, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

· Respond promptly and professionally to new client inquiries via phone and email
· Schedule and attend consultations in client homes
· Prepare and send estimates after a consultation
· Qualify leads and understand client needs to recommend appropriate services
· Follow up with past clients and referral partners to support repeat business
· Maintain CRM with up-to-date client data and sales pipeline status
· Track and report sales metrics (lead source, conversion rates, etc.)
· Assist in onboarding new clients with personalized follow-up and communication

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create and manage content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), including before/after photos, team highlights, and client success stories
· Design flyers and one-pagers targeted to referral partners (e.g., realtors, estate lawyers, builders)
· Maintain and update the company website, keeping content fresh and service offerings clear
· Build and send newsletters using our CRM
· Develop and maintain marketing collateral for partnerships and presentations
· Monitor engagement analytics and adapt strategy accordingly
· Research and suggest sponsorships or event opportunities to raise local brand awareness
· Maintain CRM data accuracy for marketing segmentation
· Help build strategic partnerships with real estate agents, estate lawyers, and referral sources
