JOB DESCRIPTION:

Improves marketing by promoting sales and tracking results; recommending improvements. Using a personal touch in order to render marketing material during personal visit. Increasing care hours, creating a successful referral source pipeline, and expanding market share are all duties of the sales representative. You will play a critical role in both nurturing and expanding relationships with clients, families, and referral sources. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of services, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales efforts to grow our business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare and enjoys working in a client-facing, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Working independently with minimum general supervision driving referral.
  • Sales person plays an important role in improving the life for our clients by assisting family with care planning and in-home consultations and arranges care start dates.
  • Organize weekly sales action plans and help build and maintain relationship with referrals.
  • Create opportunities to secure new sales leads
  • Understand the process of the agency service lines and fee structure.
  • Improves sales opportunities by researching and making recommendations.
