JOB OVERVIEW Management and implementation of Strategic Commercial projects in accordance with Corporate guidelines and needs. Management and implementation of Sales and Marketing Strategy on Slovenia Country level, and responsibility for the efficient commercial and employee operation in accordance with the goals set. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES providing specialized development of sales, sales procedures and commercial knowledge at the level of DHL Express Slovenia; strategic acquisition and cooperation with customers, maintaining excellent relationships; efficient management of activities and employees in department and sales projects implementation; active monitoring and analysis of the competition market; control over cost efficiency and improvements in the commercial process; managing the marketing and pricing department; employees development care in the commercial sector; responsibility for achieving the efficiency of the commercial sector and set goals. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS at least VI. level of education in Economics field; more than 6 years of experience in Sales management position; management of market economy principles and pricing for specialized services; proficient in English language, 365 Office and CRM; high readiness for business trips abroad and globally; demonstrating and adhering to the principles of business ethics. EXPECTED COMPETENCIES TO DEMONSTRATE excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills; effective focus on delivering goals and results; ability to take responsibilities and risks; successful stress management and work after time pressure; ability to quickly adapt to different situations and lead a team.
