Description

Due to continued growth within our company, we are looking to recruit a Marketing and Sales Executive to join our busy hire and sales team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent Customer Service
  • Be confident when conducting a phone call and have an excellent telephone manner
  • Strive working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to listen to our customers’ needs
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
  • Has good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel

This position will begin on a trial basis with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance.

The Responsibilities of this role include:

  • All aspects of admin including Answering Phones, Dealing with Emails
  • Establish new customer base through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Meet/Exceed company targets
  • Use our in-house system to interactively take orders, ensuring that availability is checked first
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to generate new business
  • Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and polite manner
  • Plan a wide range of innovative marketing activities
  • Drive revenue and growth projections

Preferred but not necessary as full training will be given is:

  • Experience in the industry
  • Administration Experience
  • Sales Experience
