REQUIREMENTS

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and the logistics industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in interacting with clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Participate in client meetings (where applicable) and take minutes/notes for follow-up actions.
  • Help manage and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support sales strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including report generation and documentation.
