Ace Group, established in 1971 is a second-generation, family-owned business based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow with expertise in manufacturing, importing, and distribution. What began as a specialist in commercial refrigeration evolved into pharmacy refrigeration and calibrations, serving trusted partners nationwide. Recognising new opportunities in Irish manufacturing, we expanded into the paper bag and printing sector, delivering custom printed branded and paper bags for retail, food, and pharmacy sectors. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-sector sales strategies to drive revenue across the group
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads in target markets, with emphasis on cross-border (NI/IE) opportunities.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities in retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food service sectors.
  • Support sales activities by designing and delivering marketing collateral, sales presentations, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance, generate regular reports, and refine sales and marketing tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct market research to understand cross-border market opportunities better and inform tactical plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align product/service offerings and marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Maintain and expand strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Source and implement a new CRM system

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in building and executing both sales and marketing strategies across multiple product/service lines.
  • Strong digital marketing proficiency, including paid social, content creation, campaign management, and lead nurturing. With strong SEO skills and analytics to support inbound marketing growth
  • Track record in driving tangible sales growth, ideally in cross-border or multi-sector B2B environments.
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Related degree or equivalent qualification in marketing/strategic marketing is desirable

What we’re offering
Salary c. €45-€50K
Performance related bonus based on both new business and existing account growth
Flexible & hybrid role with some travelling required from time to time .
Possibility of a part-time role if desirable for candidate
