We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving business growth and brand presence in the UAE market.

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Brand and Digital Management: Manage all digital channels, advertising campaigns, and enhance our overall brand presence to attract and engage potential clients.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather client feedback to continuously improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performance and Reporting: Lead performance reporting, manage our CRM system, and track team productivity to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
