Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and brand growth. This hybrid role blends in-person collaboration with remote flexibility, ideal for someone looking to grow with a dynamic, high-performance team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, building relationships, and driving engagement with athletes, healthcare providers, and sports organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and connect with potential clients including athletes, sports teams, clubs, and health practitioners
  • Conduct consultations, present service offerings, and guide clients through onboarding
  • Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Develop referral partnerships with coaches, therapists, and gyms

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, newsletters) showcasing our testing, training, and therapy services
  • Coordinate with designers or creatives to develop visuals and promotional materials
  • Monitor analytics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

Events & Outreach

  • Represent The Performance Lab at community events, clinics, or expos
  • Help organize in-house workshops and info sessions for prospective clients
  • Build partnerships with local teams, academies, and wellness providers

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Self-starter with a passion for health, fitness, or sports performance
  • Bonus: Experience in the fitness, healthcare, or athletic training industry
