JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, supporting sales strategies, and promoting our services to expand market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and direct sales methodologies.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
  • Expertise in business development, lead generation, and territory management.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions and managing accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Familiarity with technical sales processes, particularly in technology sectors.
