We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact in the Cairns region.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Marketing & Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in promoting our services. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and connecting with the local community to grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a fun, bubbly personality, and enjoy meeting new people and thinking outside the box to engage potential clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development (ideally in healthcare or service-based industries).
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships in the community.
• A fun and positive attitude with a passion for meeting new people and driving business success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Understanding of the NDIS and Home Care Packages (HCP) systems.
• Experience in the aged care or disability sectors.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to marketing initiatives.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services within the local community.
• Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare providers, organisations, and referral networks.
• Generate new business leads through networking and outreach activities.
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to promote our NDIS and Community Aged Care services.
• Collaborate with the IT team to create promotional materials, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead generation, client conversions, and brand visibility.
• Participate in local events, expos, and community initiatives to promote the company and its services.
• Manage customer inquiries and assist with the onboarding of new clients.
