Would you be interested in joining ASSA ABLOY’s EMEIA Graduate Development Program and working with international marketing, and segment development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our dynamic Marketing and Segment Development Team in either Espoo or Joensuu, Finland. You will be part of a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.

The EMEIA Graduate Development Program lasts 18 months, starting in autumn 2024. The program includes both local and international elements:

• An initial 6-month placement at either in Espoo or Joensuu
• 3-month placement abroad
• Final 9-month placement in Joensuu/Espoo

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with digital marketing channels.
• Is fluent in both Finnish and English.
• Is ambitious and keen to continuously develop their skills.
• Is curious and eager to learn.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Shows attention to detail, flexibility, and is a motivated team player.

Ideally, you would also have experience working with CRM for lead generation.

Given the nature of our program, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced team with many opportunities to make a difference and add value to the business.

You would also:

• Have recently graduated or be about to graduate.
• Help our Digital Marketing Specialist with digital marketing (websites, CRM, social media, brand portal, sales applications, etc.).
• Support our Segment Marketing team in different countries and help implement campaigns.
• Assist in building the marketing and segment contents.
• Assist in other project needs.
