QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in SEO for e-commerce, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Responsibilities

1- Search Engine Optimization

  • SEO Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with Libas Collective’s growth goals.
  • Conduct detailed SEO audits for website health, technical issues, and ranking opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Technical SEO
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking structure, and crawlability to improve indexation.
  • Manage technical SEO elements such as canonical tags, robots.txt, sitemaps, schema markup, hreflang, and page speed optimization.
  • Collaborate with developers to fix indexing, rendering, and Core Web Vitals issues.
  • Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content issues.
  • On-Page SEO
  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and image alt text for all product, category, and blog pages.
  • Ensure keyword mapping and targeting across site pages to avoid cannibalization.
  • Improve page content relevance using SEO best practices and structured data for e-commerce.
  • Off-Page SEO
  • Develop and manage link-building campaigns focused on high-quality, relevant backlinks.
  • Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and luxury fashion publications for brand mentions.
  • Content Optimization
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure all blogs, collection pages, and landing pages are keyword-optimized and internally linked.
  • Develop SEO content briefs for writers and ensure delivery meets search intent.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report SEO KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, CTRs).
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide monthly SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.

2- Marketing, Social Media & Newsletters

  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content that aligns with SEO and brand messaging.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy to increase reach and conversions.
  • Create and send engaging newsletters to our subscriber base with product highlights, new arrivals, and blog features.
  • Segment email lists to improve personalization and open rates.
  • Support seasonal and product-specific marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Work with influencers and brand partners to execute collaborative promotions.
