We are a thriving nursery group with 8 nurseries across South Yorkshire, dedicated to providing outstanding early years care and education. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our team and help us share our story with families and the wider communities we serve.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail
  • Experience managing social media channels in a professional capacity
  • Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in early years education

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Lime Tree’s Marketing & Social Media Assistant, you’ll be responsible for promoting our fantastic nurseries through engaging online and offline campaigns. From eye-catching Instagram posts to beautifully designed flyers for events, you’ll make sure our brand is consistent, professional, and appealing to parents and carers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Design and distribute physical marketing materials (posters, flyers, newsletters, banners)
  • Manage our brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels
  • Support nursery teams with local events and campaigns to drive engagement and enquiries
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activity
  • Research trends in early years education and social media to keep our marketing fresh and relevant
