JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an organised powerhouse who can keep two Holiday Parks at full capacity? We’re looking for someone special to join our team.

The Role You’ll be the backbone of our businesses:

  • Creating Social Media Content through all platforms
  • Maintain the smooth operation of booking.com & Air B&B
  • Proactively design marketing material and promotions
  • Maintain customer database
  • Exploring new avenues to bring in new bookings
  • Reporting on KPI’s to the management team
  • In addition, routine General office & administration support will occur as required
  • Reporting to a Director, you must have a positive mindset with a can do / will do attitude. Additionally, you should have
  • · Strong writing and communication skills
  • · Good IT skills with Social Media/Digital, Photoshop, Excel and Mailchimp
  • · Be commercially and financially minded
  • · Be an excellent communicator, proactive, motivated to succeed and work on your own initiative
  • · A customer focus and customer facing experience would be preferred

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • Back ground in Marketing within the Hospitality Sector
  • User of Property Management Software dealing with digital travel platforms such as AirB&B and Booking.com
  • Exceptional organisational abilities
  • Independent problem-solving mindset
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
