QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaigns, and basic analytics
  • Comfortable visiting job sites to capture content and interview team members
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of construction or trades industry is a major asset, but not required

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to craft a compelling visual and narrative presence across digital platforms. You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and support recruitment and business development through content and strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand awareness, hiring, and client engagement
  • Monitor analytics and adapt content to increase reach and engagement
  • Maintain and update website content (projects, bios, company news, etc.)
  • Create marketing materials (digital and print) for recruitment, proposals, and events
  • Coordinate photography and video content creation from project sites
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
