Complete Campers Southwest Ltd is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage our digital marketing and online presence. This is a varied and exciting role within our growing family-run business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube marketing.
• Strong video editing and creative content skills.
• Experience with SEO and website content editing (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Experience listing and editing stock/product information online.
• Knowledge of using AI tools for marketing, content, or analytics.
• Excellent written, visual, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, run, and optimise Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging video content for online promotion.
• Maintain and update website content with strong attention to SEO.
• List and edit vehicle stock on the company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign optimisation, and analytics.
• Analyse marketing performance and report on ROI, conversions, and growth.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends to keep our brand competitive.
