Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who loves storytelling, social media, and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Build and execute a joint content calendar for both businesses across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Social Media Management: Post engaging content, manage communities, respond to messages/comments, and keep our brands visible and fresh.
  • AI-Powered Marketing: Utilise the latest AI and social media tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI, Descript, Runway, Buffer/Later) to streamline content creation, editing, AI agent deployment, and publishing.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Run targeted campaigns through Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to generate leads, sales, and subscriptions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor engagement, follower growth, and conversions, and provide weekly performance reports with recommendations.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Harvest, Christmas, etc.), leveraging the synergies between farming and floristry.
