POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Social Media Manager with strong videography skills to join our entrepreneurial real estate team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in managing marketing and social media for a results-oriented organization, with a portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns and high-quality video production.
  • Proficiency in videography, including filming, editing, and using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and execute compelling content strategies, including static posts, reels, short-form videos, and long-form video content tailored to attract and engage buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Create professional and engaging video content, such as property tours, market updates, team spotlights, and success stories.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the team’s brand voice and objectives.

Videography & Editing:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that showcases listings, team culture, and market expertise.
  • Maintain consistency in visual aesthetics and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Manage and organize video assets to streamline future content production.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Optimize video and static content to maximize reach and engagement on each platform.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that highlight new listings, client testimonials, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with agents to create personalized campaigns that resonate with niche audiences.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain past clients.

Brand Development:

  • Elevate the team’s brand identity through creative, professional, and visually engaging content.
  • Build strategies to enhance brand awareness within the community and industry.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and content, with a focus on video metrics.
  • Utilize data to demonstrate ROI and refine strategies for improved results.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with agents, photographers, and videographers to meet marketing and property listing needs.
