GLHeli (glheli.ca) is a growing helicopter services company offering premier flight training, scenic charters, and helicopter experiences across Ontario. From training the next generation of pilots to providing unforgettable tours and charters, we’re passionate about aviation and delivering excellence to our customers.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can bring creativity, strategy, and execution together to help us grow our flight school enrollment, charter bookings, and brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience (aviation, tourism, or experiential industries an asset).
  • Strong background in social media content creation, campaigns, and analytics.
  • Experience with digital ads (Google, Meta) and SEO best practices.
  • Comfortable with basic graphic design, photography, and video editing.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to events, airshows, and promotional activities across Ontario.
  • A passion for aviation or adventure tourism is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Promote Flight School & Charters
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive student enrollments for our helicopter flight school.
  • Build awareness and generate bookings for sightseeing tours, charters, and special events.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Own and grow GLHeli’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging content (photos, reels, short videos, stories) to highlight student journeys, helicopter operations, and charter experiences.
  • Monitor performance, respond to inquiries, and build community engagement.
  • Advertising & Digital Marketing
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Improve website content, SEO, and booking funnels to increase conversions.
  • Track results and report on KPIs such as leads, bookings, and cost per acquisition.
  • Events & Partnerships
  • Represent GLHeli at aviation expos, tourism events, schools, and community activities.
  • Coordinate promotional partnerships with tourism boards, adventure experience companies, and local businesses.
  • Content & Branding
  • Design marketing materials (digital + print) including brochures, posters, and event signage.
  • Capture photo/video content of charters, training, and events (or work with external creators when needed).
  • Ensure consistent branding and storytelling across all platforms.
