POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive brand awareness while significantly increasing our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with proven experience in growing social media communities and engaging audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content that drives follower growth and increases brand awareness
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on data insights
  • Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Engage with followers and build meaningful relationships with our online community
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for brand differentiation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and growth
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully increasing followers and engagement rates
  • Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube algorithms
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics)
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, hashtag strategies, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Basic video editing skills for TikTok and YouTube content
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies
  • Experience in brand awareness campaigns and community building
