design. As we continue to evolve our brand presence, we are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to
support our marketing team in delivering engaging content, enhancing our digital strategy, and
strengthening our position within the luxury interiors sector.
This role offers a hands-on learning experience within a high-end, design-led business, providing exposure
to a broad range of marketing activities.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and an interest in learning design software (Adobe Creative

Suite, Canva, or similar).

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • An analytical mindset, with an interest in data and performance tracking.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
  • A-levels or a relevant Level 3 qualification in Marketing, Business, or Media (desirable but not

essential).

  • Any experience or coursework in digital marketing, content creation, or design would be an

advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with content creation for social media, the website, and email marketing.
  • Help manage Artichoke’s social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
  • Support the development and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with SEO and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Assist with photography and video content creation for digital platforms.
  • Support event planning and internal communications.
  • Analyse marketing performance data and compile reports.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
