Description

POSITION:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Apprentice with a strong scientific background and a keen interest in the commercial side of the beauty industry. This unique role is ideal for a recent graduate in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, or a related life sciences field, who is eager to build a career bridging regulatory affairs and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: - Compliance Management:
Monday - Thursday
Oversee and manage aspects of compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international laws. This includes maintaining up-to-date Product Information Files (PIFs) and ensuring accurate completion of all regulatory portals to facilitate successful product exportation.
Regulatory Research:
Diligently research and compile registration requirements across various regions, ensuring the company’s products meet all necessary standards for successful market entry.
R&D Collaboration:
Participate actively in the Research and Development (R&D) process by researching the latest active ingredients in skincare. Work closely with formulators, developers, and the marketing team to ensure the seamless creation and launch of world-class products, with clear, scientifically-backed key messages.
Friday - Friday’s will be dedicated to structured marketing lessons led by industry experts, providing you with invaluable insights into the latest marketing strategies and best practices. Successful completion of this apprenticeship will result in a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, equipping you with a solid foundation in both regulatory affairs and commercial marketing within the beauty sector.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, with a basic understanding of skincare manufacturing compliance requirements. A passion for skincare, backed by a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the latest scientific advancements in the field. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with formulators, developers, and the marketing team. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, from ensuring strict compliance to engaging in exciting R&D projects, making it a perfect opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in the luxury skincare industry.
