Happy Days Nurseries are seeking a Marketing Apprentice who is eager to develop their skills and gain practical experience in a professional marketing environment. This role offers a structured learning programme alongside real-world application, providing a strong foundation for a successful career in marketing. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, gaining knowledge in various aspects of marketing while contributing to our busy marketing team’s goals and objectives.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:

· A keen interest in marketing and business development.
· Strong communication and creative skills.
· A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
· GCSEs grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake functional skills.

· Developing an understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement.
· Assisting in the creation of marketing content for digital and traditional platforms.
· Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
· Learning how to analyse marketing data to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
· Gaining experience in digital marketing tools, social media, and automation platforms.
· Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met.
