About the Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Fraud & Payments Operations Specialist to protect our game economies and player ecosystems from payment abuse. You will be together with the team on the front lines of fraud detection and account review, balancing real-time reaction and thoughtful investigation to maintain transaction integrity across our games. Responsibilities: Monitor dashboards, financial platforms, and game logs to detect suspicious behavior. Review flagged orders and determine whether to approve or deny purchases. Use internal tools (Glyph CST, Safetech, Kibana, etc.) to evaluate user legitimacy. Enforce bans on fraudulent accounts or Steam IDs; escalate edge cases. Create and manage rules in fraud prevention systems to stay ahead of new tactics. Collaborate with support, publishing, and platform teams to refine processes. Deliver regular reports summarizing fraud trends and mitigation actions. Experience with fraud operations, chargeback resolution, or payment reviews. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, payment platforms (Steam, PayPal, JP Morgan). Basic understanding of account data, transactions, and digital fraud signals. Comfortable with fast-paced, repetitive tasks and investigative work. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Background in games or digital services. Experience with SQL, Kibana, or analytics platforms. Understanding of gaming ecosystems or virtual economies.
