Summary: Support shipment monitoring and logistics performance analysis activities to ensure efficient inbound and outbound delivery processes in accordance with operational standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Analyze shipment timelines, vendor performance, delivery lead times, and operational data accuracy to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives. Review lab/assayer reports to evaluate umpire process requirements and prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities Monitor and manage end-to-end shipment activities (inbound & outbound) to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Perform in-depth analysis of shipment timelines to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze key performance metrics such as delivery lead time, vendor performance, and data accuracy to support decision-making. Review and evaluate lab/assayer reports to determine the need for umpire processes. Develop comprehensive analytical reports and present actionable insights to management. Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing shipping documents, invoices, and operational records. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and enhance overall logistics performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Strong data analysis skills (Excel: formulas, pivot tables; experience with visualization tools is a plus). Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Understanding of supply chain operations, distribution processes, and inventory control. Familiarity with lab/assayer or umpire processes is an advantage. Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta.
