For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: We’re a Melbourne-based property group delivering a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and specialist housing projects. Our work spans apartment developments, investment capital ventures, and high-impact disability accommodation (SDA) housing. The leadership team brings decades of experience across property development, finance, construction, and marketing. Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to lead the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing strategy. This includes managing and updating multiple websites, creating engaging content for social media, editing short-form video content, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all digital channels. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and the founder to bring fresh energy, creative storytelling, and strong execution across our brands. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Maintain and update the Panplan website Assist in developing new websites for: Capital Raising arm (CCIG) SDA Housing brand (Bumblebee) Project-specific landing pages (e.g., 210 Hawthorn, Carmel Caulfield) Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms Content Creation: Design and schedule regular content for Instagram and LinkedIn Create social media graphics, animations, short-form videos, and captions Draft and post website news updates and blog-style content Maintain an active content calendar across multiple projects and brands Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging across developments Liaise with external agencies and consultants when needed Ensure marketing material (social, print, signage) reflects current brand and campaign strategy Monitor competitor and industry content trends to help guide innovation Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or similar tools Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Confident across social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok Excellent written and visual communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Bonus: experience with real estate, property development, or Australian brands Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
