As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting and executing a variety of marketing activities. Working closely with our experienced marketing team, you’ll gain valuable insights and hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email marketing and video content.
  • Conducting market research, tracking emerging trends, performing competitor analysis and understanding consumer behaviour.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop engaging copy for marketing materials, blog content and social media posts.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting website content updates and helping ensure it’s optimised for users and search engines.
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • A degree in Marketing.
  • A passion for marketing and a strong interest in gaining hands-on industry experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, tools, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms and their advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Canva or Salesforce is a plus.
  • A creative, can-do attitude and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
