We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join Trowers & Hamlins, an esteemed international and national law firm with a strong presence across the UK, Middle East, and South East Asia. This full-time, 10-month fixed-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work within our dynamic marketing team in London, supporting our strategic initiatives in real estate, banking, and finance.

The Role:

  • As a Marketing Assistant, you will:
  • Lead in executing marketing communications and campaign management initiatives
  • Plan, manage, and attend events, conferences, webinars, and seminars
  • Coordinate legal directory submissions and interviews
  • Assist with PR and social media strategies
  • Support business development efforts by understanding client needs and market trends
  • Help devise and implement marketing plans with partners and fee earners

The Candidate:

  • For the Marketing Assistant role, we are looking for someone with:
  • 12-18 months of marketing experience in a professional services or B2B environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and interest in digital/social media
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines under pressure
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with flexibility to work outside office hours
