Position: Marketing Assistant Work Set-Up: Onsite Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. Pacific Time Reports to: Marketing Director Role Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of our digital marketing initiatives, coordinate website updates, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires a hands-on marketer who understands visual design, campaign flow, and digital tools — not just administrative support. Key Responsibilities Content & Design Curate, design, and publish social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram aligned with campaign goals Create marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Maintain brand consistency and quality — strong design sense and attention to detail are essential Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to enhance content creation and design workflows Digital Marketing & CRM Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters (design, setup, and reporting) Assist in CRM management (HubSpot preferred) – updating contacts, tracking leads, and supporting campaign automation Help plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including scheduling, coordination, and performance reporting Website Coordination Help project manage and maintain our four company websites, coordinating updates, content creation, and cleanups Support ongoing SEO, usability, and visual improvements Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and quality updates Analytics & Reporting Track performance of campaigns, email, and social content Support marketing reports and provide insights for optimization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in B2B, IT, or tech-focused industries Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) Experience with social media marketing, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and email marketing platforms Knowledge of website content management and coordination with developers/designers AI literacy required – must be comfortable using AI tools for content and creative work Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Preferred Skills Experience in Managed Services, Cybersecurity, or SaaS environments Basic SEO and analytics knowledge Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms Video editing or motion graphics a plus Please shortlist candidates who meet these updated requirements and can provide a portfolio or sample work (social media, design, or email campaigns preferred).
