About the role As part of our Africa (English-Speaking Markets) growth across several international markets, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our iGaming team in their day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in operational follow-up, performance analysis, and affiliate campaign management for our casino and sports betting comparison sites. Key Responsibilities Marketing Data Monitoring and Updates Collect, consolidate, and update monthly and quarterly performance data for Africa (English-Speaking Markets) Manage performance tracking dashboards and ensure consistency of shared data across markets. Access affiliate platforms and report key KPIs (Clicks, FTDs, RevShare, CPA, etc.). Affiliate Campaign Management Assist in setting up campaigns with our casino and sports betting partners (creatives, logos, wording, tracking). Monitor ongoing campaigns in dedicated dashboards and ensure all affiliate materials are working correctly (links, landing pages, promo codes, bonus offers, etc.). Contribute to post-campaign analysis and suggest optimization opportunities. Support the maintenance and updates of operator listings on Africa (English-Speaking Markets) platforms. Market Research and Competitive Monitoring Regularly update our market studies (CA, UK, EU markets). Track competitor activities in the iGaming comparison space: new projects, offers, formats, UX innovations. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure marketing materials comply with local iGaming regulations. Adapt marketing materials based on local regulations and market specifics. Operational and Administrative Support Support the planning and execution of one-off marketing projects, including email marketing. Update and organize internal documents (databases, operator information, shared files). Collaborate with SEO, product, Finance and content teams to streamline production and ensure data accuracy. Assist in quality control of casino and sports betting operator information. Your profile should include Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. Comfort with numbers and reporting tools. Proficiency with office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.). Professional level in English (written and spoken). Interest in or knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus. Ability to understand and work with affiliate marketing metrics.
