Description

Position: Apprentice Marketing Assistant.
Job status: Full-time, Apprenticeship (Level 3).
Pay: £20,000 per annum.
Location: Burton on Trent with opportunity for hybrid working (following probation).
Expected hours: 35 per week, Mon-Fri.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GCSE Maths & English – Level 4-9
  • Ideally educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)

Working as an Apprentice Marketing Assistant, and part of a small and busy marketing team, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in marketing/CRM, whilst supporting our team in the delivery of marketing content across email and web.
As an integrated member of the marketing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-orientated, efficient and hard-working individual who is looking for an entry-level marketing role which will allow them to grow and hone their skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating email campaigns using our email campaign software Emarsys.
  • Updating web pages using our in-house CMS system.
  • Supporting proof-reading and sign-off of email and website content.
  • Managing weekly administrative tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Briefing creative assets for email/web communication and providing relevant feedback to Creative team.
  • Develop understanding of the business to enable effective decision-making within role.
  • Support in delivery of projects as required.
  • Build relationships within the business and actively participate in the work of the Marketing team.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You may also be required to carry out any other tasks which are reasonably required by the Company in order to fulfil your role and to support the Company to meet its deadlines and performance targets.
