With seven sites throughout the UK, we offer comprehensive testing solutions to support our clients’ diverse needs alongside development studies and bespoke project support. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Lead in elevating our brand and services.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the right-hand to our Marketing Lead, helping with day-to-day marketing tasks and projects. This is the perfect role for a graduate passionate about B2B marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in an impactful, multifaceted role. You’ll take on a variety of tasks, from social media management to content creation, event and campaign coordination. This role also includes occasional travel to our UK sites, giving you the opportunity to connect with teams across our locations and gain a firsthand understanding of our impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Experience with design software, particularly Adobe Suite, is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Support: Assist with LinkedIn and Instagram content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
Content Creation & Editing: Support in creating engaging content for various platforms and proofreading to ensure clarity and quality.
Event & Conference Preparation: Assist in coordinating conferences and events for each lab, managing logistics, and preparing materials.
Campaign Coordination: Support in executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics.
SEO & Digital Presence: Participate in SEO initiatives, helping to improve our digital visibility and reach.
Project Support: Take on various small but essential tasks as they arise, contributing to the team’s productivity and success.
