OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous marketing, social media and/or media experience is preferable. Ideally with a spa or hospitality background but not essential as marketing skills can be adapted and brand knowledge will form a large part of the individuals development. The skill set of the individual should include;

We’ll provide guidance through direction but also as an individual you’d be proactive to anticipate future tasks and work within the direction to use self initiative.

As the marketing assistant the responsibilities will centre around promoting the Black Barn Filby, working with the general manager on creating, scheduling and launching small campaigns to help grow further. The role will be “hands on” with regards to creating assets, building up photography and creating a narrative that best showcases what the Black Barn Filby has to offer. Whilst creating marketing materials, it will be the responsibility of the marketing assistant to then ensure we are communicating effectively to our current and potential customers across our social channels, email marketing and in-house experience. Using our brand ideals the individual will work closely with the general manager on delivering a consistent brand image, supporting with all strands of marketing and providing vital feedback on how we as a brand can move forward.
