We’re not running a regular beauty studio—we are a visible, vibrant, and story-driven brand that starts with brows and expands into lifestyle, confidence, and community. Bossy Brows is known for transforming faces…but also for how we show up online: bold, engaging, and authentic.
Now, we’re looking for an in-person Marketing Assistant to help us capture that magic behind the scenes, in front of the camera, and everywhere our brand touches.

This is not a sit-in-the-corner-and-take-notes kind of assistant role. This is hands-on, fast-paced, creative work for someone who gets social media, understands brand presence, and has the confidence to contribute in real time.

You’ll be:

• Capturing content in the studio (think behind-the-scenes, transformation moments, client reactions, and product spotlights)
• Creating and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks (organizing content, tracking ideas, prepping for events)
• Occasionally hitting the streets for local visibility (flyers, pop-ins, community events)
• Helping grow our brand presence with fresh, fun, and on-brand content
