Description

Position Overview:
BraForMe is a leading ecommerce company specializing in intimate apparel. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and help manage our Shopify store and it’s marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify or other website tools and be proficient in using software tools like Canva. Additionally, familiarity with SEO, PPC, analytics, email marketing, or social media advertising will be highly advantageous. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and optimizing our online presence.
We are also look for individuals with graphic design / illustrative experience. Photography experience and photo editting would also be a plus.
Equally, if you are someone who loves understanding marketing data, we believe the role would be perfectly suited.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product listing and management.
  • Create visually appealing and compelling product images, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Canva.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Support SEO efforts by optimizing product descriptions, titles, and meta tags to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic (can be taught).
  • Assist in planning and executing PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and optimize advertising spend.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize ecommerce performance.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content, segmenting customer lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Support social media advertising initiatives by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance on various platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ecommerce, Shopify, Canva, SEO, PPC, analytics, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Shopify (or alternatives) and familiarity with its functionalities and features is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using software tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials. If other tools are used, we can be flexible with software needs.
  • Exposure to email marketing strategies, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how to create engaging content for advertising purposes.
  • Knowledge or experience in SEO best practices and techniques to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, and the ability to assist in managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and generate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
