Description:
The Marketing Assistant, Brand supports the marketing team in executing brand initiatives, including event coordination, sponsorship activations, print materials, and promotional items. This role helps ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing to the planning, production, and delivery of marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event & Sponsorship Coordination

o Take the lead on day to day planning, organizing, and executing events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.
o Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, booth setup, signage, and promotional giveaways.
o Support onsite event presence or work with local teams for logistics, including setup, breakdown, and brand representation.
o Maintain event and sponsorship calendar.

o Coordinate keystone non-profit sponsorship and event involvement, including staff fundraising initiatives.

  • Print & Promotional Materials

o Assist in the creation, ordering, and distribution of branded print materials, signage, and promotional products, including managing online print shop operations.
o Maintain an inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items to ensure timely restocking.
o Serve as point of contact for online print shop support needs.
o Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure materials meet brand guidelines.

o Support print material creation for group therapy, new offices, and recruiting.

  • Brand Consistency & Administration

o Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
o Help track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for brand initiatives.
o Maintain records of sponsorship agreements, vendor contracts, and event reports.
o Support Brand Strategist in developing and monitoring brand guidelines.
o Monitor, respond and escalate online reviews.

o Maintain billing and invoicing records for the department.

  • B2C Marketing Program Support

o Manage day to day needs related to Psychology Today and other paid online listings.

o Coordinate and support clinic and provider photography needs.

  • Business Development Support

o Work with Business Development team to support gifting strategy to referral sources.
o Support business development in day to day needs such as referral forms, collateral and swag.

o Register Business Development team for requested events and proactively research area events that support our mission.

  • Internal Marketing

o Work with CPO, Brand Strategist and Marketing Director to support internal marketing initiatives, clinical and technology rollouts, and employment updates.
o Orchestrate, create and distribute monthly staff newsletters.
o Plan, organize and launch quarterly contests to support brand initiatives.

Work Environment: This role may require lifting up to 25 lbs. for event setup and occasional travel to event sites.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of marketing, events, or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
  • Ability to learn and fully utilize project management tools.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
