We are currently looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to join our busy and energetic marketing department at our Head Office in Pwllheli, North Wales.

The key to being successful within this role is the ability to:
· Have a passion for what you do – we’re passionate about our products and the Company, we want you to be too.
· Develop an understanding of our customers – our customer is king, they are why we exist, so you will need to get to know their needs, at both retail and end user level.
· Develop your knowledge of marketing – you already have the theory; it will need to progress to practical applications.
· Provide essential support – be it analysis, administration, copywriting, exhibition stand build and so on there are a myriad of activities in our busy marketing department, you will need to be a flexible and enthusiastic member of the team.
· Communicate effectively at all levels – on the phone, via email, face-to-face with a tradesman or a C Suite executive you will have the ability to listen carefully or get the message across.
The main elements of this role are to:
· Support the Marketing team with administration tasks related the management of the various CKI product ranges, carrying out and completing range reviews.
· To summarise data, as requested for the Brand Management team to aid in identifying key trends in markets and brands.
· To carry out “gap analysis” on key competitor data related to products, features & benefits.
· To assist in bringing new products to market through administrative support of the Brand Management team.
· Assist in the preparation of launch materials for new products.
· Review and compile information on pricing & margin levels across the product categories as requested.
· Ensure data accuracy in our PIM and DAM system
· Prepare product information for internal and external use
