INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting inbound and outbound marketing for our digital education product, Easy4u - working closely with our Marketing and Communications Director.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of our marketing campaigns that run on social media. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will be essential in building relationships with influencers and delivering outstanding results for our clients. In addition, you will be supporting the Marcomms Director in the planning and execution of in-person events, building relationships with various areas of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing. A portfolio of successful campaigns would be desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms; up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills when conversing to colleagues, clients and creators.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong literacy skills in all written communication.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • The capacity to multitask by prioritising and working across multiple projects.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities

Work with the Marcomms Director on planning our events - with duties including (but not limited to):

  • Assisting with stand setup on site.
  • Running smaller events across the country.
  • Travel to events, where directed to by the Marcomms Director, to sign off proper setup and take down of events
