Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients. Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and tracking performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations for property listings. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and to understand client preferences and trends. Maintain and update the company website and blog with fresh content and property listings. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Familiarity with graphic design software and website management is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
