Position Purpose
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to jour our team. In this role, you’ll support the execution of marketing activities to strengthen Gotcha’s brand presence. This includes campaign launches, in-store activations, promotional material production, day-to-day marketing operations, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns from start to finish.
  • Content Creation: Help develop engaging content for our website, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Rednote), ensuring alignment with Gotcha’s brand voice and style.
  • Marketing Materials: Coordinate the creation and printing of marketing assets (posters, flyers, menus, digital screens, in-store displays) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Customer Experience: Respond to customer inquiries via social media and website and manage online merchandise orders.
  • Influencer & Partnerships/Sponsorships: Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and help track deliverables.
  • Events & In-store activations: Assist in organizing events, in-store activations to engage local communities and customers.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, and work closely with operations team to provide marketing assistance for the franchise partners.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a passion for the food & beverage industry.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WeChat).
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role (preferred, not essential).
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or franchising is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Chinese social platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book) is desirable.
