About us

Expert360 empowers more than 42,000 (and growing!) elite professionals around the world to find great work and be successful. We are Australia and New Zealand's #1 skilled talent network, where you can engage carefully hand-picked talent that plugs seamlessly into your team, goals, mission and culture, helping you strategically scale your team.

We believe in choice, flexibility and empowerment. We believe if you can change the world of work, you can change the world.

About the role

As Marketing Assistant, you will shape how our client presents itself to investors and the market. You will produce and polish presentations, documents and website content, support investor communications including quarterly and annual reports, and keep the data behind them accurate and in step with operations. It suits someone organised and detail-driven who likes being the person everyone relies on to get things right.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage investor communications, acting as the focal point for quarterly and annual reporting
  • Coordinate inputs from across the team so reports go out accurate and on time
  • Handle day-to-day investor queries and requests for information
  • Own the quarterly "single source of truth" dataset, working in lockstep with operations
  • Reconcile figures across teams so every number in market matches the source
  • Manage the data room: structure, version control, access permissions and currency of documents
  • Prepare the data room for fundraising, due diligence and investor requests
  • Pull together and format presentations, reports and documents to a consistent, professional standard
  • Maintain templates and brand consistency across materials
  • Manage the website, keeping content, team details, portfolio information and news up to date

About you

  • Experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role, ideally in investment, funds management or professional services
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of checking numbers and wording before anything goes out
  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills, with an eye for clean, consistent formatting
  • Confident with data and spreadsheets (Excel), and comfortable reconciling figures across sources
  • Experience with a CRM and a data room platform; website CMS experience is a plus
  • Clear, professional written communication suited to investor audiences
  • Organised and self-directed, able to juggle reporting deadlines alongside day-to-day requests
  • An interest in impact investing and the outcomes it delivers
