We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or continue their career in marketing within a dynamic and supportive hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing activities across all FHG venues. Working closely with the MSF Director and Marketing team, you will assist in the development, coordination, and execution of brand and promotional materials, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
This position offers variety and hands-on experience in a busy and creative team. Depending on your experience, responsibilities may be tailored to support your growth or allow you to take ownership of more advanced tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce marketing collateral including posters, signage, menus, flyers, and branded materials
  • Assist with internal communications to ensure venue teams are informed of campaigns and updates
  • Help manage website content and third-party listings
  • Support email campaigns, from content writing to basic reporting
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and coordinate collateral inventory across venues
  • Assist with gift voucher stock, creation, and tracking
  • Monitor online reviews across key platforms and escalate feedback where necessary
  • Provide general administrative and campaign support
  • Collaborate with team members on event and social media activity as required
