MARKETING ASSISTANT

We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This part-time role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in marketing, communication, and data management, while supporting our marketing campaigns and relationships with retail partners. If you are passionate about marketing, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the industry, this role is perfect for you!

QUALITIES/SKILLS

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage communication channels and ensure clear, professional communication.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools.
· A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
· Experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations is desirable
· Proficiency in Hootsuite is desirable
